Sigh... I wish I had won that fintillion dollars last week like that Georgia couple did. The possibility got me to thinking about what my NEW house would look like afterwards. Of course I already have an idea and had shared it previously on "The Truth...". So... I goes a little something like this...

You don't hardly need a house that big!
That's a neat little site. If I had the money I wouldn't buy any of those houses though.
I'd buy a brownstone in Brooklyn Heights (about $2mill) or Harlem (about $1.5). I'd also buy a couple of investment brownstone (foreclosures) homes.
Fix 'em up and rent 'em out until a housing market correction.

Assuming it would take a lot of acres to build something like that on, [meaning nearby houses would likely be far and few in between], I seriously doubt I'd invest in a home THAT big.
I don't know if it has anything to do with the fact that I have paranoia issues ::shrugs shoulders:: but ummm I actually appreciate having multiple homes close nearby.

If I had alllllll that money, the 1st thing I'd do is clear my debts...THEN I'd buy a house....maybe not as big as that one....too much opportunity for random people living in there without you knowing!! (way too big) but I'd hook my fam up...and live nice..somewhere hot!!!!!
